Welcome, we’re glad you’re here! Please navigate to “Partner Resources” and select “VendorCafe” from the available options to login to your existing account. From VendorCafe, you will be able to complete your vendor onboarding, including submission of your W-9, remittance mailing address and contact information, and preferred payment method, among other information. If you are a construction vendor, please go to Procore to view your contract and submit an invoice. If you are a property management vendor, please submit your invoice here. Have other questions?
