Chartered maintains relationships with a broad base of lenders across the real estate lending spectrum, including commercial mortgage lenders, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, and banks, among others. Chartered has experience working with various providers and sources of capital to enable short-, intermediate-, and long-term solutions to meet project needs and objectives. Our expertise is backed by competency, integrity, and a decades-long track record of delivering consistent results for institutional lending partners across construction, bridge, and permanent financing solutions.
Private Capital Capabilities
Chartered provides in-house private equity capital and operational expertise to our developments, serving as general partner (GP) or managing member for its project partnerships via fund-based and entity-level investment management with the goal of delivering cash flow and asset appreciation for institutions and high-net-worth accredited investors. We are an independent, investor-focused firm with a deep commitment to our partners, our projects, and delivering consistent, risk-adjusted returns.
